Rethinking The Way You Ride
Safety is at the heart of everything we do. We encourage you to review these hygiene best practices before your next ride.*
Minimize Surface Contact
- Avoid unnecessary touching of elevator or lift panels and mirrors
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
Practice Proper Hygiene
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer after exiting an elevator, escalator or moving walkway
- Follow universal hygiene practices, such as covering your nose and mouth with flexed elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing
- Follow local guidelines; wear a face mask when using an elevator, escalator or moving walkway
Maintain Social Distancing
- If the elevator has several passengers, wait for the next one
- Follow local social distancing guidelines
- If possible, choose the stairs to travel short distances and remember to practice social distancing when using the stairs
