Nicolas Lopez was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Southeast Asia in November 2024.

Based in Singapore, Nicolas will be responsible for providing strategic and operational direction for business growth while maintaining a strong commitment to Otis' core values: Safety, Ethics, and Quality.

Prior to this new assignment, Nicolas was the Global head of Sigma Elevator Company, a subsidiary of Otis that is headquartered in Korea and has presence in over 60 countries. In this role, Nicolas helped to ensure appropriate governance and continued alignment of work processes across our Sigma Subsidiaries and distributor network for the business.

Since joining Otis in 2016, Nicolas has held a variety of roles, including Business Development for Latin America, and Senior Vice President of Legal and Compliance for Asia Pacific, with progressively increasing responsibilities across both regions.

Nicolas holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Laws and is a certified Attorney at Law
