When Winnie C. started as a technical engineer with our Field Support team in Hong Kong, she knew she would be partnered with a senior colleague to guide her and support her growth.
“I was quite worried about keeping up,” Winnie admitted. “But then I met Pak Yiu.”

Winnie says she is thankful for Pak Yiu’s patient and dedicated mentorship, which included taking time to thoroughly explain processes. His strategic approach to complex technical challenges has modeled critical thinking and problem-solving skills and helped Winnie excel.
“He would spend a lot of time in the machine room completely absorbed in researching the issue,” Winnie said. “He was incredibly patient in teaching and explaining, which accelerated my learning progress.”
