• Second year of workplace inclusion recognition for Otis

This is the sixth annual edition of the Seramount Inclusion Index and the second year in a row that Otis has been included and recognized for its inclusion efforts. This year, Otis advanced its ranking to become a ‘Leading Inclusion Index’ company – a recognition for companies scoring 70 percent or higher on the index.

Within the extensive application process, companies’ inclusion efforts were measured in three key areas:

• best practices in the recruitment, retention, and advancement of people from underrepresented groups
• inclusive company culture
• demographic diversity.
