With over 20 years of experience at Otis, Thibault has continued to evolve within the company, holding various positions around the world, including France, Europe and Asia. He began his career with Otis in 2003 as a service sales engineer in France.

His career has been marked by a series of significant developments, with increasing responsibilities in key areas, including regional sales and marketing (Europe, Middle East, Africa, China), operational service management and organizational transformation.

Prior to his current role, Thibault was President of Nippon Otis Elevator Company in Japan, where he played a key role in the company's growth in this strategic market. He has also held the positions of Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Transformation Director for the EMEA region at Otis, demonstrating in-depth expertise and leadership in the industry.

Outside of his career, Thibault is passionate about sports, regularly engaging in climbing, running, and cycling, with a particular interest in long mountain expeditions.

A 2003 graduate of emlyon business school, Thibault also completed the Global Leadership Development program at UTC in 2015, strengthening his international management and leadership skills.
